Modifying a Calculation

This section describes the procedure for modifying an existing calculation.

  1. Call up the User Calculations Directory display

The User Calculations Directory appears, listing the available user-defined calculations.

Click the button for one of the existing user-defined calculations.

The User Calculations Operations display appears, showing data about the calculation you selected.

If the calculation is enabled, it must first be disabled before any modifications are allowed. Click the “Disable and Edit” button to disable the calculation.

The status changes to Disabled, and the enterable fields that can be modified by the operator are displayed as enterable.

Select the appropriate fields, type the desired data for the new or modified calculation, and press Enter when done.

The new data is displayed when accepted by USERCALC.

When the calculation has been defined, click the Validate button.

The calculation is validated and marked as disabled.

Proceed as if a new calculation were being enabled.
