Viewing SCADA Short-Term History

The following procedure describes how to view short-term SCADA history for selected Analog, Count, and Point records. The history is only available for those measurements that have been modeled to save short-term history.

1. On the Substation Tabular display, Point/Analog/Count view, select the Data Quality icon for a selected Analog, Count, or Point record.

The Data Quality Details pop-up appears.

If SCADA short-term history is configured for this Analog, Count, or Status point, a History button is shown.

Click the History button.

The SCADA History (SCHIST) display is called up to show a history of the previous recorded entries, showing value, quality, and time of recording.

The rate at which entries are recorded to this history function and the total number of entries shown is configured in the database when the entry is selected to support gathering of SCADA history.
